Future Elite U13’s & U16’s (April 2008)
The Academy had a very successful camp during the April School Holidays with some of NZ‘s top junior players attending. Seven different regions were represented at the Camp, which allowed players to learn some of the latest international skills and tactics. Alongside the hockey, the group bonded well and learnt many life lessons. The highlight being some brave and some not so brave players walking through the Amazing Maize (Corn Evil) the screams could be heard for miles, the coaches were extremely composed throughout, it must be said!!!
